At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries.
Dispatch Locations
Orders are fulfilled from our New Zealand (Auckland & Christchurch) also Melbourne (Australia) distribution centres, depending on product availability at the time the order is placed.
While we endeavour to dispatch orders from New Zealand where possible, some items may be shipped from Australia to ensure timely fulfilment. The dispatch location cannot be guaranteed and is determined based on stock levels and operational efficiency.
Order Processing Time

Courier selection is determined at our discretion and cannot be changed upon request.

Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, missed delivery attempts, or other issues beyond our control, the parcel may be returned to us or held by the courier.
In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Where applicable, couriers may leave parcels in a safe location at the delivery address. SportZone is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
