The Everfit mats hold their shape and firm even surface to minimise injury risk to give her confidence to use her power and strength to build her muscle tone and get more height and speed, We had a 3m Everfit gym mat and joining the 3m mat with her new 4m mat gives her enough length to practice multiple tumbling combinations.
